Houston Parent Action Network’s College and Career Day is a family focused event designed to help Houston parents and students better understand their options after high school. The goal is simple. Make sure families have clear, useful information so they can make confident decisions about college, careers, and training opportunities. Parents will have the chance to connect directly with colleges, universities, workforce and training programs, community organizations, and employers. Families will learn about different career paths, college and certification programs, financial aid, and what it takes to prepare students for real opportunities after graduation.
